This scoping review explores the use of generative technologies in undergraduate medical education, with a focus on communicative and empathic competencies in dialogue with the Medical Humanities. Across four international databases, 1.030 records were screened, yielding a final sample of 65 studies (2023-2026). ChatGPT-based chatbots predominate, yet no study explicitly engages with the Medical Humanities. AI proves effective in pedagogically structured contexts; however, gaps remain, pointing future research toward longitudinal studies and a deeper exploration of communication skills in pediatric care.
