The paper outlines an educational proposal for fourth-year medical students aimed at developing communication skills through the use of artificial intelligence, particularly ChatGPT. The ten-hour course integrates both theoretical and practical activities, including case studies that simulate doctor-patient interactions, and employs the ME-CO questionnaire to track progress. Students reflect on the importance of communication and pedagogical care in the clinical process.
